We have been producing high-quality precast concrete floor plates for agricultural construction for many years. Our floor plates are made with a concrete grade of C55/67 and comply with environmental class XA3. You choose from various types of concrete floor plates.
Anti-slip floor plates
Our non-slip floor plates, made in GIAN 2s (block profile), are specially designed for extra grip in the barn. These floor plates are very suitable for the central corridor in calf and pig barns.
Sphere floor plates
The convex floor plates have optimal drainage as they are thicker in the middle than at the sides. This ensures a clean and dry feed alley and is especially suitable for calf barns.
Flat floor plates
Our flat floor plates are suitable for any type of floor and are mainly used in calf barns.
U-element
The u-element is one of the precast concrete elements we have developed ourselves. It is a unique floor element for aisles in calf barns. With raised edges on both sides, you prevent draughts and keep the animals' feed in place. Residues are easily removed, ensuring optimum hygiene.

Transport
Transporting concrete elements requires maximum efficiency and safety. At G. van Beek en Zn. we take care of this entirely in-house, using crane trailers. Thanks to this transport solution, we can unload your concrete elements directly at the construction site. Our crane trailers are specially designed to transport concrete elements safely and stably, significantly reducing the risk of damage during transport. This means that your concrete products are delivered quickly and in perfect condition.
